FEE SCHEDULE

Hourly rate: $300 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum fee. 
This includes time spent on research, correspondence, travel time (at 1/2 the hourly rate), waiting in court, preparing reports, depositions, or court testimony. There is a minimum 1-hour deposition or court testimony fee.

Any expenses incurred will be reimbursed as follows:

Lodging: Actual cost of lodging

Transportation:

Actual cost of any and all public transportation
Use of personally-owned vechicle: $0.36 per mile
Meals: Actual costs or per diem based on Federal rates
